Last year I was at a hotel that served crispy mung beans to munch on. (It’s like sesame seeds, replacement for peanuts). I loved those and would like some in the states. You know how to make them?

So i think you can follow instructions for the crispy mung beans in the mango sticky rice recipe, and then you'd have to toss them in seasonings after. Timing may differ since you'll prob make more, but basically get the beans almost fully cooked, and then toast or deep fry them.
