I made the Easier Healthier Pad Thai with Glass Noodles - I followed the recipe exactly - the sauce called for 4Tbls of Tamarind Paste which I purchased from a Thai grocer - my noodles came out deep black and tasted terrible and strongly of that paste - is 4Tbls correct ? I watched the video and your noodles turned out very light in color

Sorry to hear that! It sounds like you used Indian tamarind paste, is that right? Is it a sticky, black paste? If so, that is not the right one. What you need is a Thai tamarind paste (sometimes labeled as tamarind concentrate) and should be a brown liquid with a pourable consistency. I have addressed this in various places but will go back to the recipe and add a note there directly!
