The flavors and textures in this recipe are a home run and the dish is visually stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed this.I used the fried dry chillies. Leaving them in leftovers overnight jumped the heat level up to sweat beads on the forehead level bur still delicious.

I made this revised recipe recently and was blown away by the flavor difference re-roasting gives. I skimped on halves and pieces, but will be using whole cashews next time.
