Traveling to Thailand This Summer?
Here's the best places to eat and the things you need to know!
Sawaddee ka! 🙏🏼
Summer travel season is here and one of the most frequent questions I get asked all the time by people planning a trip to Thailand is “where should I eat??”
I get it - it is the most important question! First, where is the good food??? Then the rest of the trip has to work around my eating plans. Anyone else does the same?
I get asked the most about where to eat in Bangkok and, while I grew up there and I go back to visit every year, I don’t live there anymore. I have my favourite places but it’s safe to say, I’m not always on top of the current dining scene.
So, I did what we all do when we’re looking for good places to eat. I asked friends and family who live in Bangkok - and who are serious foodies - to share some of their favourites.
The result?

If you’re planning a trip, this is the list you need! It’s got a little of everything from mall food courts (we love shopping malls in Thailand) and street food destinations to a Michelin starred eatery - and everything in between.

Have a safe and delicious trip!
I visit Thailand every year in January--must try your food recommendations! I also highly recommend Hong Sieng Kong coffee shop, not far from Woodbrook coffee shop. Thank you again for the recommendations.
This is amazing!!! Thank you. I live in Bangkok and there are still so many places I need to try. Can't wait to dig in.
