So I don’t make vegan food often as there are very few Thai dishes that are naturally vegan (I’m looking at you, fish sauce and oyster sauce).
But when I do make vegan dishes, I put a lot of effort into making sure it tastes just as satisfying as its original version. In the latest video I share a few tricks that make a vegan curry as umami-packed as a meat one, and they are tricks you can apply to any other curries.
