I am an avid podcast listener. Nowadays it feels like there’s a podcast on literally every subject under the sun.
Turns out, that’s not true. When chef Hong Thaimee reached out and invited me to co-host a podcast with her on Thai food and culture, she told me, “There is no podcast on Thai food yet.” And I couldn’t believe it. Really?
So, we set out to change that, and a year later (yes, it took us that long, lol) the Sabai Talk Podcast was born. You can listen to it anywhere you get your podcasts, and we also have video version on Chef Hong’s YouTube Channel.
The first episode was about Pad Thai, and even though it sounds cliché, we explain in the podcast WHY we wanted to start with it. The second episode, which dropped today, is about tom yum, which is more than just soup!
